本次会议由伟德源自英国始于1946主办，伟德国际victor1946承办。本次会议以“利用大数据和模型技术服务于生态环境保护与可持续发展”为主旨,邀请国内外著名专家学者出席并分享前沿研究成果和应用案例。会议聚焦生态环境领域的数据采集、分析、建模、模拟等关键问题,探讨如何充分利用计算机、人工智能、物联网、大数据等前沿技术,构建更加精准的生态环境监测、保护、预警、体系,推动信息技术在生态监测、环境评估、政策制定中的应用，为应对气候变化、保护生物多样性等重大环境挑战提供有力的科技支撑,为实现人与自然和谐共生贡献学术力量。本次大会旨在促进跨地域、跨学科、跨领域的交流合作,推动生态环境大数据与模型技术的理论创新和应用实践,为推进生态文明建设注入新的动力。

五、特邀报告专家简介

1. Kun Hua is currently an Assistant Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department, at California Polytechnic State University. Before that, he was an Associate Professor of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, at Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, MI, USA since 2010. He earned his Ph.D. degree in computer and electronic engineering from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Nebraska, USA in 2008. He continued his research at the University of Nebraska Lincoln as a Post-doctoral researcher in 2009. His current research interests are in the areas of Vehicular Communications, Wireless Health Sensor Networks, and Internet of Things. Prof. Hua is a senior member of IEEE. He is a recipient of the Best Paper Award of ACM ANSS 2011 and another of his papers is nominated as the Best Paper in IEEE BCGIN 2011. He has served as guest editor of international journals and chair of several conferences.

2. Dr. Sajjad Hussain Chauhdary is a professor at the School of Information Engineering, Huzhou University, China.His research fields are industrial internet of things, smart cities, smart grids, cyber security, power line communications, and industrial wired/wireless communication networks. His appointment to this role followed his tenure as an associate professor at the College of Computer Science and Engineering (CCSE), University of Jeddah, from 2016 to 2024. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Chauhdary spent five years as a senior research engineer at LG/LSIS Co., Ltd., Advanced Technology R&D Center. During this period, his innovative work was recognized with the “Best Research Award” (2012) and the “Best Project Award” (2014), and he led numerous impactful industrial and academic research projects funded by various governmental and cooperative organizations. Dr. Chauhdary has also been actively engaged in standardization efforts, contributing his expertise to major organizations such as SAE International (standard J2831/1-5), ZigBee Alliance (SEP 2.0), and ISO/IEC (15118).

3. Thippa Reddy Gadekallu is an adjunst professor at the Division of Research and Development, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, India and also as an adjunct professor at the Center of Research Impact and Outcome, Chitkara University, Punjab, India.He has obtained his Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India, in the year 2003, Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India in the year 2011 and his Ph.D in Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India in the year 2017. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He has more than 400 international/national publications in reputed journals and conferences. Currently, his areas of research include Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Deep Neural Networks, Blockchain, Computer Vision. He has acted as a guest editor in several reputed publishers like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Hindawi, MDPI. He is recently recognized as one among the top 2% scientists in the world as per the survey conducted by Elsevier in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. He is also recognized as a highly cited researcher, young scientist category, by Clarivate (web of Science) for the period 2017-2022 in the year 2023.
